Pros
not even a single good reason to work in proforte.
Cons
1. They think employees are nothing. 2. Restrictions on mobile phone usage. 3. Team Leaders don't know how to behave with team members. They scream like anything on floor to their team members. 4. Worst management. 5. Very less leaves. 6. Useless HR policies. 7. If you are sick also you have to go because of less leaves and Team Leaders. 8. Salary on 10th of every month. 9. No fun nothing. Only work just like a robot. 10. Major problem is management will terminate at any point of time without citing any valid reason. Or without giving any warning and notice. They won't let you serve notice period also.
