Pros
Full benefits... co-workers are nice.... I struggling to find anything
Cons
Although this comes off as a professional company and has managed to gain contracts with various government organizations, this company is run by the worst excuse for a CEO I have ever seen in my professional career. I worked in Headquarters and I have never worked in such a hostile, unprofessional environment. You will find the CEO doing her hair, taking selfies, or sleeping if she decides to show up. All the while, she expects you to agree to unpaid overtime and to serve her upon request. I am surprised this company is hasn't been waist deep in lawsuits. I was baffled as to how this company has maintain but I was informed that agencies are required to hire a certain number of small contracts/ women-owned businesses, so they are able to maintain that way. Additionally, the company is good at hiring good, honest workers that are able to recreate a great facade for the company. These great people are put through some of the worst treatment in the name of a paycheck. From my time there, there was a turnover rate JUST in Headquarters of about 1 person a month. I have heard that slowly but surely their reputation is catching up with them in the government world, so simply ask around.
