The interview process was somewhat difficult. I could tell that they really wanted to ensure that I was the right person for the position. Though the process was a little challenging, I appreciated it because I wanted to ensure it was a good fit for me as well.

Interview
I spoke with the Recruiter several times before and after the prescreen. I spoke with the CEO and she did a prescreen. I had three face-to-face interviews. The first interview was with the Recruiter. The second interview was with the Recruiter and the CEO. The third interview was with the CEO by herself.

Interview
Overall it took a three step interview process for hire. The first phase was a phone screen, second was a face-2-face interview with HR, and the third was an interview with both HR and the President. I enjoyed the interview because everyone was friendly and very down to earth.
