Pros

Not a lot of reasons to work here because a lot of organizations offer the same "pros" but...benefits were good. The boss I did have and the one co/worker were really good.

Cons

Too many to name them all but...CEO was very ghetto, rude, lazy, distrustful. CEO never knew how to treat her employees. Wanted you to work all types of hours including weekends without paying over time. CEO is very sneaky, does unethical business, very sneaky and hateful. CEO had a ton of issues. She would push away anyone who met her good. It's a shame because she had some decent people working for her and let them all go. I actually feel sorry for the CEO and My prayer is that she will healed emotionally.

Great Company Paid Benefits. Federal holidays off. Exposure to diverse work & projects. Learning/teaching environment. Family oriented culture. Office Parties. Casual Fridays. Free Food. Movie tickets on Birthdays.Warm Environment (Not Stuffy). Approachable CEO. Flexible work schedule & options. Modern Offices. New Equipment.

Cons

Procurevis has virtually no opportunities for entry-level employees. All of the positions at the government sites and at HQ require years of experience, and/or a college degree.

Pros

Casual Friday's and some co-workers. Free coffee and water.

Cons

CEO and Upper management are aggressive and rude. NO work life balance. If you are sick, dying or want to take a day off or go on vacation CEO doesn't approve of taking off. Ever! Prefers you work overtime with NO pay even if you're non- exempt hourly. If you're salaried it's 100% expected to work late with no compensation. Prefers to hire people with no family so you can be at work 24-7. Will not approve your time sheet untill you change it even if you worked over 8 hours a day so she doesn't have to pay you and it's not on record. If you argue that it's the law and you worked those hours you will get fired. It's a revolving door in the time I was there someone from HQ was fired every month or they quit.
