      Was a great company to work for but...

      Pros

      Successful IT company with very talented employees and awesome founders. The culture at the company was collaborative and encouraged teamwork and growth up until Pivot Technology Solutions took over. There are still great people there including Michelle Clery one of the founders.

      Cons

      Pivot's focus on profit presses employees to exhaustion and many work in constant fear of losing their jobs.

      Pros

      There is a lot of flexibility at Prosys. Telecommuting is not frowned upon. They do pay for training and education as long as it's related to your position.

      Cons

      Recently purchased by Pivot Investment group and a result of that have resulted in a lot of layoffs. Seems like all they care about now is maintaining a certain amount of profit and if they don't reach it they lay off people to reach it. Prosys was privately owned and took care of their employees but now it’s very political.

      Good relationships with partner organizations. Fair pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Career advancement path is unclear Being a staff aug for a partner company, it seems that the positioning is to be hired by the contracting company rather than advance within Prosys itself
