Good team and benefits for the industry. Direct access to ownership and management. 401K plan with match and paid maternity leave. Great training and advanced techniques.
Cons
High volume practice so not much down time. Fast growing company so a lot of change happening that isn’t always quickly communicated.

-Multitasking can be stressful -Small staff means covering multiple jobs(still good for learning purposes)
