ProBioGen boasts a highly diverse environment with a remarkable presence of women in various roles and levels, ensuring active and inclusive participation. The company is home to a group of exceptionally talented team leads, especially within the core business areas. Traditional business units like HR, office management, and logistics are seamlessly integrated, demonstrating effective bilateral collaboration. They consistently show high responsiveness and responsibility, even when having short-notice inquiries. Notably, the onboarding process at ProBioGen is exceptionally well-organized, featuring a supportive mentor program as of 2022. As a part of the IT department during that period and reflecting, I'm proud to have shared that time with them.
Cons
As of mid 2022, there was a rather inflexible salary model which doesn't favor experienced talents but does cater to new and aspiring individuals with job experience levels beginning with 3 years and onwards. While the latter is not a bad thing in the first place and certainly helps getting the right people on board, it might not be a foundation to keep talents. This might have changed by now.
