      Pros

      Lawrence and the management team are always clear about goals and expectations from you. The company offers a wide variety of IT services - you can learn new skills and contour your own role by taking ownership of new projects. You are definitely not just a cog in the wheel here. While the atmosphere is fast-paced and professional it is also a fun environment. I always enjoyed coming to work every day.

      Pros

      Since Proactive was a small company when I worked for them, I had the opportunity to work in all the stages of software development projects, which gave me excellent skills for my next job, and all the team members and management were always willing to help in anything. This is a very friendly company. I still stay in touch with the some employees.

      Cons

      Working in a small company was scary, especially when the whole market went on recession back in 2002-2003, but it was an opportunity for PROACTIVE to survive and stay in the Market, and all the employees that stayed were witness of that success.
