      Commission on sales, and positive energy from staff.

      Cons

      Door-to-door sales which means you are at the mercy of the Scottish weather. I had to pay for my own travel most of the time to the area they sent me to. you start at the bottom and the managers receive a % of your commission. The hours were not definite as sometimes the team leader wanted to stay out longer for more sales.

      I always found it quite amusing to see the "director" pretend he is running a real company and to hear his speeches in the morning. 7 steps to success hah - Attitude. Job security etc, "you are an entrepreneur" so if you want to have a good laugh in the morning then go for it!

      Cons

      Please avoid at all costs - this an MLM pyramid scheme designed to attract young - idealistic guys with the promise of promotions - money etc. however MLM's only drain you of you income as there "four stage multi-level development program" Sales Rep - Team Leader - Assistant Manager - Manager. This MLM business model can only succeed when 90% of the employees lose capital not gain it as it's commission only. Please avoid I beg you!
