The owner genuinely values the mental and physical wellbeing of his employees. Employer is always open to hearing ideas and suggestions about improving various business operations. Team members are treated with respect, and any concerns that are expressed by an employee are immediately addressed and evaluated. Strong work ethic is celebrated. Paychecks and tax documents always come in when expected.

Clients can at times have unrealistic expectations, despite the best efforts of the employees trying to convey a situation to said clients, resulting in a slight back step for team morale.
