      Pros

      Toilet Smell Improve Now!!! The colleagues are still best and fun to work with. Training and upskilling in software development, until reach a point where you will keep doing the same thing. Competitive salary at the start only.

      Cons

      Competitive salary at the start once you get it, you not longer able to get increment, within 1 year even you prove your strength and over deliver your task. There will be no review for it, HR & Management return with review and appraiser, is 'expire' although it said review once 3 month and it never happen. Break agreement? How about change policy and agreement? They will change whenever they needed. Company trip more like selected people trip, charge 12% of bonus for funding selected people. `If you don’t have the ability, don’t take the position.` Is true. `Always tend to compensate those you prefer.` Is true.
