Pradman Engineering has strong potential and a solid foundation. The company’s business model, client base, and scope for growth are genuinely impressive. With the right leadership approach, it can easily grow into an excellent and well-respected organization. However, the main challenge lies at the department head (HOD) level. Some senior employees currently holding leadership positions are not aligned with professional ethics or people management practices. Instead of supporting and guiding new employees, they often create an unhealthy work environment, making it difficult for fresh joiners to settle and perform effectively. There have been instances where employees feel pressured, threatened, or mentally harassed, rather than encouraged. Such behavior not only demotivates individuals but also damages the overall culture and long-term growth of the organization.

Cons

The management team, unfortunately, tends to support these individuals despite their negative impact. This lack of accountability enables misuse of authority, poor leadership, and unprofessional conduct to continue unchecked. If the organization focuses on: Evaluating leadership effectiveness at the HOD level Promoting ethical and people-centric management Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace Pradman Engineering has the potential to become an outstanding company where employees grow along with the business.
