*HR has a habit of sharing info that should not be shared. They also take about 48 hours to respond to emails - if they respond at all.
*HR declared that MLK was not a real holiday in a public Slack channel. When they were informed that they were incorrect, they made no correction and it is still up today.
*The CEO is very disliked by the company as a whole and has temper tantrums and uses profane language during meetings. The CEO often has no clue how anything works.
*The CEO once had a meeting with a department and literally said nothing of relevance and had no real answers to questions. The entire department was left dumfounded at how useless the meeting was. It created more questions and low moral.
*Speaking of moral, most of the company is openly looking for other work as this company is whistleblower away from collapse.
*The inner workings of this company are alarming and I wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up on some sort of exposé documentary
