      Chaotic Leadership - Stay Away

      Pros

      Fully remote, smart and diverse teammates.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership with more focus on becoming influencers than leading teams. Backgrounds as private-equity hatchet men though they try to portray themselves as D2C visionaries. (Read the glassdoor reviews of their other companies for better indication of culture/performance.) No workplace culture. Junk benefits. Nobody involved with experience building or operating a sales org. Witnessed leadership consistently refer to people by the wrong names, belittle managers in meetings and gossip about former employees. High customer and employee churn. Amoral and weird vibes. They also play games to avoid paying commissions.

      Pros

      Remote work was nice but expected in the SAAS industry.

      Cons

      I don’t normally write these, but I felt compelled to. During my short time there I knew pretty quickly that it wasn’t a good fit. There was absolutely no training, which is an environment I’m used to with start ups. However, if there is no training, then there should at least be hands on experience. However, I wasn’t allowed to get real hands on until weeks in. Then once I did, I was told to do something 1 way, the training docs said another thing and then was told by someone else that it was incorrect. This happened several times. There is absolutely no structure, which again can be expected, but it felt like everyone was running around with their heads cut off. Management micromanages like crazy. Culture was virtually non existent. Pay was also well below market rates. Overall I would not recommend working here.

      - Unlimited PTO - Growth opportunities - Great product market fit - Some great coworkers

      Cons

      - No culture. Seriously, there is none. Other than the boys club of the Leadership team, there is no culture. - Better benefits! - Needs more cross team collaboration
