Pros
Transparent and very positive team with great growth possibilities. Leadership is really strong.
Cons
Not a ton of structure or planning apart from target goals, quota from a sales perspective wasn't data-driven but target driven and very hard to hit with consistency apart from the top performers who owned the major accounts.
