I was instructed to conduct training and it was implied I should not mention how they get paid for this training. I willfully ignored this instruction and told the employees how to get paid for training. I witnessed the owner on several occasions intimidate the younger staff when he disapproved of their methods instead of leading by example or helping. This is not a company or person I would ever recommend working for.
