Pros

Supportive, encouraging, and a great company culture. Cared about me having personal issues that were affecting my work and offered support for me with them.

Cons

- Very strictly numbers driven - Lots of tech issues that impeded performance - Although they are trying to create an effective training process, there were lots of gaps in it - Too short of a training period before putting people on calls - Book to close rates means you are responsible for people who book and then cancel immediately which is something completely out of your control - We are supposed to have weekly one-on-one training when we start taking calls but I didn't get one. - Need 30 days notice to change your schedule but my kids' school gives only 1 1/2 to 2 weeks notice for events, so when I asked if I could change a few hours of availability from one day to another so I could attend an open house, I was told just this once but not in the future, even though I had no one booked at that time and lots of peers who would happily take that call had one been booked.

Pros

I love what we get to do each day to help heal the world. Knowing that the companies focus and culture is all based around serving the client to the outcome, makes my job as VP of Sales an absolute joy.

Cons

Growing pains as the company doubles in size year over year.

Pros

Co workers that understand the chaos Remote work Flexible schedule

Cons

•Take a look at all the positive reviews, I can bet that 90% are coming from the sales team, who doesn’t know what is going on behind the scenes •Daniel Pompa has a short fuse with anyone who questions him or his new product line •CEO, Daniel Pompa Jr. holds meetings on “transparency” and yet does not/has not truly listened to coaching concerns for clients and themselves •Extremely religious to the point that if something happens to you or a client, they claim it’s the devils work. Not their program. •Ask if the new product line that they are giving to VERY sick people is proven to work…. You also may want to ask about the noted side effects •Clients and coaching experiences/side effects are considered to be “data” •They took a once great thing, and flipped it upside down due to greed. •Considered “independent contractors” but hold mandatory meetings
