Pros
Relaxed working hours, friendly colleagues. That is all I could come up with.
Cons
Low and highly unbalanced compensation to employees. While the HoD might be earning something short of a crore, the very second person to him in the department would be earning less than Rs. 15 lac. Inefficient HR policies and a lazy HR department makes things worse for employees. The company has a shameful appraisal process. Unapproachable top management. No respect given to the young employees and their ideas. Heavy reliance on the old and decaying top management. Senior management continue to be employed and pocket high salaries even after retirement. The company refuses to even try to grow. Maintains the same product line since inception
