Pros

No seats in the office, and a 15-minute lunch break... If you like standing, you're gonna love this job, because it's all you'll do for at least eight hours a day. If you love people, this is the job for you. You get to be the annoying (insert expletive here) in a suit that tries to sign up every Walmart customer within a 10-foot radius for Xfinity for six hours a day. If you can handle this work for 8-12 months, you get your own office and could make $130k+/yr, which is the only reason I didn't give this job one star.

Cons

Your boss is also your HR. There is no neutral party to determine who is in the wrong in the event of an ethical dilemma. I don't know how this is legal, but I'm also not a lawyer. When you get promoted to account manager, you're told the night before that you will go from working 45 hours a week over five days to 66 hours a week over six days a week, and if you don't meet your expectations over those six days, you're expected to work Sundays as well. You may be told by your boss that you will use your car for work and you'll have no say in the matter. You'll be compensated $50 a week for gas, but when your boss tells you the moment you arrive to work that you'll be driving to Weirton and Steubenville from Market Square, this can lead to many people losing money using their car to do their job. No benefits until approx. 6 months in, so until getting promoted to a junior executive role, you work a 1099 job, so you'll be considered an independent contractor. Half of the employees came together from San Francisco, and literally all they have here is each other, so the concept of a life outside of work is completely foreign to them.

Pros

Some of my co-workers were easy to get along with and gave helpful constructive criticism that helped me improve. Also, my mentor was kind and caring.

Cons

The boss is rude and gives the excuse that his rudeness is "British humor". He has the biggest ego and if you expect an apology from him from his insensitive comments, you'll never receive one. This company gives the illusion of a positive, team-based environment but, unfortunately, everyone is only looking out for themselves. The hours were long: Mon-Sat, 10 hour work-days (9:30am-7:30pm) where you stand for most of the day. It is a stressful job. You work, sleep, and then work again. If you end up with this job, please take care of yourself. I didn't when I had this job so please learn from my mistakes.
