Pros
1. Supportive bosses and teammates. 2. Good place to learn a lot of things especially for fresh grad. 3. Company treats you whether it's food, outing, hari raya celebration or birthday parties. 4. Punctual payday which is the 1st day of the month.
Cons
1. Favoritism between staffs. 2. Work on the weekend if necessary but you'll get replacement leave/ot. 3. Rarely get bonus.
