Pros

No pros, just a huge scam of a company. No one gets paid, no breaks, act very friendly to get what they want.

Cons

So many cons to list. Even on the first day it was awful. So much bad things to say.

Pros

None for me. They make it sound like there’s many. They offer a 20-40 wk “training program” to get you to brand manager. It all depends on your sales. I met 2 people who had been with the company 1 year and weren’t a brand manager yet. They tell you anything can happen- “someone completed the training in 8 weeks and became a manager with their own office.” Real pro: they were all friendly and welcoming, (with the exception of one manager- who was bad mouthing the other manager’s team at a networking event to some of the new and impressionable potentials)

Cons

Commission only- no base pay. Your “training” will not be paid for. They are not clear with the role and what your actual day will be. Your day will start off standing in a room in their office repeating the same thing over and over to each other (this is your script to say when trying to stop people to talk to about the product). Then off to a 7 hr day at a Wal-mart where you set up a table and use your script to get people to buy your internet/cable service. Your goal is [forced] to talk to a minimum of 10 people while training but then 120 once you’re on your own. Although 10 is not that bad to some, to others it is especially if you get apprehensive at first. You must keep a tally sheet of your “stops”, take photos of it and send to manager at the end of your shift. They expect you to be on your own by 2 days or so. Not sure what the gas reimbursement is, since my mentor didn’t know, but there is some offered. Also, they do not tell you to bring cash to pay for parking in the garage. I didn’t have cash and thankfully the man working the garage was so nice and told me I could pay him later. They change the job title of what they are looking for in order to get more people to apply. This job may be a good fit for some, but I’m not one of them. I lost time and money seeing it for myself. If you think this job is for you, my advice would be to ask questions about EVERYTHING and do not assume anything.
