Pros
The only good thing about the company is the collegues. Everyone supports each other and are always open to collaborate and assist everyone,from their own departments to the UK collegues and of course, the customers. Everyone will go out of their own way to help out and assist.
Cons
The CEO - has no idea how to communicate with the people and is always dissmising his own employees needs. HR - absolutely the most incompetent HR I have ever seen in any company ( NMK and UK ) biased and non objective. Senior leadership- there are some competent people there, but most of them have no clue on how to manage people and are blaming everyone but themselves for their own mistakes.
