      Good compensation and career growth but outdated systems hinder progress

      Pros

      -Well established company in the payments industry, with great opportunities for carrear development -Good compensation -Good overall conditions -Low team turnover

      Cons

      -Legacy software with no plans to reform it -Weird obsession hiring scrum master per team, they bring so much noice and not value. -Mandatory presence at the office -Stuck for years to come with an external company managing all the infrastructure. They take literally months to delivery simple things that any average engineer would provide in hours with any automation tool

      - the people were generally nice - remote options are available (but are going away)

      Cons

      - poor management - very little loyalty shown (very political) - not a lot of growth opportunities - wages not competitive with no to little increases
