      Pros

      In the right team the day can be fast paced. Not an average 9-5, little bit more of a lifestyle job (events, cafes, open houses, getting out of the office day - to - day).

      No/ unclear progression unless getting into sales. Sales sales sales.

      Fun culture, lots of training, and team events.

      Cons

      Lower compensation in comparison to the industry, high expectations and longer hours in your contract (an extra hour in a normal work day). Salary-based and a lot of out of hours work. Leaders expect, instead of appreciate.

      Not a single good thing I could say.

      Cons

      Underpaid majorly. They pay you minimum wage for 38 hours Monday to Friday 8:30-5. But then they have you doing open homes after 5pm and working Saturdays for free. When you bring it up they say 'that's real estate'. No one should ever be told to work for free.
