Pros

I am very happy that Tenzing has bought this company. I am an optimist and hoping that Tenzing will bring about the desperately needed changes at the management and corporate services.

Cons

Nepotism and favouritism destroyed the culture of the company. The company does not value constructive criticism. For every negative review here on GD, one of the dedicated corporate services employee posts a couple of positives to drown the negative.

Although it’s not pleasant to see these remarks posted, at Thinkwrap, we value our employees and want to hear from them so thank you for this feedback. Thinkwrap has a culture that values employee referrals. This a powerful tool in the race to acquire strong talent. As well, the last few years has seen a renewed focus on talent management; we have been working hard to ensure that all can be successful in their work and hopefully, enjoy the work that they are doing. This feedback highlights that this will remain a focus area for us in the future. Thinkwrap values our employees and communicating with them a priority. We have an open-door culture, a focus on employee events (breakfasts, celebrations, picnics and more), Town-Halls where anyone can post an anonymous question, a new Open-Talk meeting as well as regular formal communications from the leadership team. As a leader at Thinkwrap, it’s discouraging to hear that your experience does not reflect what we are trying to build. Thinkwrap is a company that treats employees like owners. I encourage you to take ownership of improving the experience by being part of the solution. I respect your choice to share this anonymously. I would also welcome the opportunity to talk to you so please reach out in a manner that you find comfortable. I would like to understand your perspective, so I can ensure that the right actions / steps are taken to continue our journey.

Pros

By having your marketing team leaving shiny feedback in here you can't hide the reality about this company. I truly can't think of any positive feedback as this was the most irregular and unprofessional operations that I have ever seen in my life.

Cons

Incompetent management, lack of vision and strategic plan which changes frequently, not recognizing staff's values, dedications, good intentions and hard works. Compensation is unfair and the bonuses have never been paid as promised. Staff high turnovers and the executives' strategy is to keep a staff member for max 1-2 years. Over all, the moral in this company is really low and if you are not a junior in your field, you should think it over before joining this company.

Dear Former Employee, Thank you for the honest feedback. Please be assured that your thoughts and concerns have been brought forth to the management team. We are working together each day to break down some of the cons that you have mentioned above. Although the feedback is tough to swallow, it is very much needed in order for Tenzing to recognize what areas need improvement. Yours Truly, Tenzing

Pros

The company is doing great financially, quickly growing, and trying to be more competitive in the ecommerce world. Pivotree's response to COVID-19 was very impressive. Management was very transparent, compassionate and honest. - Fun culture and good work life balance - Lots of smart and great people - Flexible working hours and ability to WFH - Decent benefits

Cons

Ever since the Pivotree merger the company has become cheap. - Below average salaries and raises, employees shouldn't have to find jobs elsewhere in order to receive a good pay increase - Lost vacation/sick leave with new "uncapped" vacation policy - Employee satisfaction / retention does NOT seem to be on management's radar - General day to day communication is very poor
