It's high school bullying at it's finest. It's arrogant inexperienced cheer leaders and jocks bullying, harassing and discriminating against people who are good workers. They even judge people on their looks and fire people if they aren't attracted to them. Your age, race, sex and beliefs will be used as a weapon here. Be aware of Human Resources who uses discrimination and nepotism to hire employees. Your skills and contributions mean nothing here. In violation of the nepotism policy Human Resources hired one of her adult family members who walked around all day flirting with interns and looking for someone to marry. Later they were made a manager with no experience or skills. They openly discriminate against employees ages and fire them if you're too old. They plot against you with previous employers and coworkers that you worked for to damage you. The Head directors make decisions for your employment based on whether they want to hang out with you. They spend their day trying to "wing it" hoping no one can see they have no idea what's going on and use their employees to figure their job issues. When you leave they spend their day insulting every employee saying, "OH NEVER AGAIN" as if they were the worst employee who ever lived. Many employees walked out without giving them notice. Dozens of employees go through here each year and they like to libel and defame previous employees who were good workers. I know employees who are discussing lawsuits against the staff and company.
