Do not work here if you care for your mental health
Pros
The workers. Some of the best people I’ve ever met , even through the bad and tears we would keep each other going.
Cons
When I first joined pilltime I absolutely loved it. Great team and people working there. Unfortunately the original owner no longer is there. Bullying , sexist male higher mangers , would make personal comments to you especially about mental health. They don’t care about mental health at all. Don’t bother going to HR about any concerns especially If it is about the high management as that will get all ignored and you will be made to out to be the bad guy your words will be twisted. Promised progression and bonuses for the past two years. Doesn't happen they just say it to keep you there. Monday - Friday contract. But will make you feel guilty if you don’t work every Saturday. The coo and operations managers half the time don’t have a clue what’s going on or know how to use the systems, you would show them then they would take the credit. In the winter you have to work in hats and gloves it’s so cold, would get chilblains it’s so cold. Obsessed with putting in new systems when other systems aren’t working. Would cause absolute chaos and leaving so many patients a day without medication. Spend most evenings running around trying to find missing patients. Had to leave as it was getting so dangerous!! Non qualified people doing dispensers jobs. When staff leave no one gets replaced.
