Pros

My manager was incredibly attentive to my needs and supported me with a flexible schedule and PTO when I desperately needed it.

Cons

Where to begin? Pillpack was great until Amazon acquired the company. HR did not care about employees and were a nightmare to work with. There was more focus on policy than realistic expectations for employees. Which is considerate because the pay was not adequate for the workload or productivity expectations. All jobs require productivity. Pillpack requires you to CONSTANTLY work. Customers were verbally abusive and while the company says they have a policy against it, they're very tolerant which allows customers to be mean and get away with it. I endured a lot of emotional abuse that required therapy.

Pros

Get benefits on day one of the job. Can get certified within the company and they will pay for everything including the test. If you work for the Fulfillment center you will never have to interact with customers. Also, you have four 10 hour shifts and a 3 day weekend. Paid holidays and holiday pay is offered.

Cons

Pay their technicians better. After 3 years you are capped and many employees have already hit that mark. You also only make an extra $1.30 more. Also, if you learn more and do more for the company you will not be compensated more. Even taking a new role that requires more responsibility does not earn you a higher wage. 10 hour shifts and only 30 min lunches. Some stand and walk all day and aren't allowed any extra breaks. Having to wear safety glasses everywhere even if there's no moving conveyors. Only allowed 48hrs of pto and vacation. Micromanagers everywhere.
