I work hard, always on time and take pride in my work. My managers recognize that and put me through classes to help me get even better. Its all about the team here, we work together and help each other. Everyone pitches in, and the company does lots of cool things to keep us motivated and feel appreciated. we do pancake breakfast, project managers make bbqs, birthday celebrations, achievements awards, pretty cool if you ask me oh and they do a lot of promoting within. Lots of field staff have been promoted to work in office now and that motivates guys and gals to work hard and stand out

you can get called out at night to a flood. usually on call guys have a rotation though so its fair

Had to help in other departments, cleaning up feces from cat3 cleanups in contents. Most girls in tears. Company promotes personal friends. Men don't let women work and treat with inadequacy. Had to sign waver saying any diseases contracted from company work they were not liable for
