I worked at Phase3 Telecom for about 3 years and it a company full of great opportunity to make a difference. Your voice is heard if you are hard working. Management always ensure strategy are well cascaded and provide supports and enabling environment to make employee feel at home. This organization pride itself on the family tradition and this drive motivation and loyalty across the entire business. Salary get paid before 23rd of the month and unlike most companies in similar sector, I have seen Phase3 as the most employee friendly organization. Phase3 has passion for customers; they respond instantly and no matter what, the customer get engaged throughout the service lifecycle.
Cons
Delayed Project funding could be improved. Operations should be given a more strategic focus to keep and attract new customers.
