1) No need to ask for salary increment, they will do immediately (without waiting to end the cycle) when you show your best performance 2) New technologies 3) Lots of team outings/ team parties. They have spent more amount/person on outings that any other MNCs for last 1 year. 4) As it is small company, employee has chance to grow professionally. 5) Friendly managment 6) Located at middle of Pune at Kothrud 7) Saturday and Sunday off (Most other startups don't give it)
