Pros
I have worked in this company for more than two years. Everyone is supportive, and I had a great time while learning a lot. I faced challenges and joined as a fresher. I learned Java and React in this company, which supported me throughout my journey. Also, I had a good salary.
Cons
The working hours are from 09:30 to 19:30, and only alternate Saturdays are off. That might be the only issue an employee could face; otherwise, I don’t see any cons. However, this timing is not strict unless there is work pressure. In the last two years, I never really followed this schedule, lol.
