solid benefits (health food stipend, gym/fitness stipend, etc)
Cons
Executive leadership way in WAY over their heads. Lack of investment in people (no HR/People department (and no representation in leadership). Lack of investment in managers. Culture doesn't represent the adopted values.

Awesome team culture, love seeing everyones happy faces on our zoom calls and pre-covid had some amazing team retreats to California and Thailand. Super flexible work/life balance. No micromanaging. Competitive pay and incredibly generous perks.
Cons
There were some startup growing pains in the early days but honestly today can't think of a single con to working here. Love what I do everyday and love who I get to do it alongside.
