Pros
Percival has a lot of pros, outside of the work feeling meaningful, working with highly competent people, a highly flexible schedule and a good PTO plan, there are lots of great benefits in office free snack bar free drinks all the coffee you want
Cons
Where there is good, there is always some bad, the size of the company means you have a few hats you need to juggle, knowledge is often shared, but not enough that when someone leaves that it can seamlessly be picked up and the last is being a small company it is hard to say no to thing
