      A supportive, talented and understanding team. Freedom to explore ideas and take ownership of projects. Great exposure to a variety of different work, enjoyable office life

      Leadership lacks transparency. Big decisions made without consulting staff. Habit of letting go international staff after promising sponsored visas and then not following through. Favouritism.
