      Pros

      Paycom wants to see you succeed and will give you the tools to do so, regardless of your previous knowledge of the HCM industry. The benefits are great, especially for a single employee.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low and they are spread a little thin in some areas. Prepare for extra work

      Challenging work with rewarding long-term benefits

      Pros

      The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

      Cons

      The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.

      -Great pay and benefits -Good opportunity for career growth as you progress through TSR -Every day is different, which keeps the job engaging and constantly challenges you to problem solve -You get to build strong relationships with clients and see the impact of helping them -Great coworkers, everyone wants to win and is a good culture -Develop skills in PM, communication, organization, influence, conflict resolution, etc.

      Cons

      -A lot to learn in the beginning, but stick it out and you will be just fine -High expectations, but if you are ambitious and self-motivated you will do well
