      Beware of working in a company that overpromises, underdelivers and is way overrated

      Pros

      Staff who work tirelessly and always willing to help one another.

      Cons

      Clown CEO & exec. team who're clueless about the ag industry and never miss a chance to brag about not having competitors. No CFO/grown up in the room = no idea where's that series B $$$ & what's the burn rate. Zero long term planning. Be prepared to put out constant fires due to incompetency by so-called VPs. Ethics and integrity are sorely lacking at the top level of management. No qualms to find and take advantage of loopholes. Use and toss culture, forget about equity, diversity or fairness - it's a nepotism club.

      Great compensation, great benefits, great support team, innovative and beneficial product for the ag industry.

      Cons

      Management shows lack of respect for the agriculture community and has no concept of the seasonality of the business; also has no desire to create relationships with dealers.

      Pros

      In person employees are hard working and willing to help one another. Free food. Opportunities to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, diversity and focus. The usual middle managers focusing entirely on office politics and appearance. Teams are disconnected across physical space. No room for upward growth. Catastrophic forecasting resulting in poor outcomes.
