      There are no pros to this place

      Cons

      Where do I start.. They don’t care about their staff. They have someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing running the resort. The place is a joke. No communication. Shady all around.

      I can’t come up with any pro’s

      Cons

      Cliquey, poor organization, no processes - just winging it, archaic operations, poor communication between departments, uninvolved management. You’re only valuable to management until you’re not. Nice to your face, not the case otherwise. People just talk badly about each other. And you only get somewhere if you’re “in” with the head honchos.
