      Data is hidden, hard to use, or non existent Product is not well run. Lack of leadership and communication After hours work is the norm not the exception.

      Pros

      I have been working with PartsTech for about 4 months now and I have loved it. The interview process was smooth, and the onboarding was efficient. Every day i am excited to go to work and I haven't had that feeling in a while. The team culture and work/life balance are amazing as well.

      none at this time. everything has been going great.

      - high level of trust and respect for employees - lot of opportunities to grow - flexible hours - pays well - lots of intellectual people - range of work available is good and you have the benefit of a huge network of practitioners

      Cons

      - high competition and hard to excel against your peers due to locked in the promotion ladder - sometimes difficult and late working hours
