Advertisement is great, they market and schmooze you. That's it..They talk nice and sell a story
Cons
They discriminate against veterans and military, they do not take the time to review the information about the job before sending clients to an interview. The sad part is also that you are well qualified for the position but then suddenly they decide they don't need you because the company decided to not hire, then you see the same job advertised the following week with added information they never told you about. They wasted time in driving because they work out of Richmond Virginia and they do not tell you that they are interviewing to send you on a job interview..which means you will most likely not get the job. They are not forthcoming and hide what it is they do.
