      Pros

      The company offers a Competitive Salary and have a food card that is loaded every pay cycle.

      Cons

      The work culture is extremely toxic and there is no real organizational structure in place. Management is consistently joining and leaving, leading to a huge gap in consistency in employment practices. The owners and partners run corporate functions themselves without specialised knowledge in the relevant area which adds to the poor experience.
