None to share as I was not there very long

Cons

Terrible human relations. Employee feedback is minimal. New employees are left on there own with no support or constructive feedback or training. They expect you to be an expert of their software instantly without giving you an opportunity to adapt to a new environment. Very inflexible, intolerant or patient to have their new employees go through the learning curve.
