Panus Assembly will offer chance for every employees to rise up point of view or new idaes to management team. As well as multi-tasking skills that will be pushed to acchive target and personal improvement.
Cons
Panus Assembly is an family business, all stakeholders are members of one family, a direction of business and decisions are made by one key person. Mostly management team are working for decades, new generation employees may not prefer to work with this kind of environment shown by high trun over rate.
