There is compulsory department transfer which offers you learning from all perspective during your articleship
Cons
Work enviroment is very very toxic. You wont find any people whom you can look up to and say i wish to be like them after certain years. You will learn what not to be in your 3 years of articleship. Work culture is equally relevant as work but paid staff and CAs are just very toxic. Also they tell they are supportive but would never grant you a leave so sick leave becomes the only way out.
