There is one old lady who handles deviations and works for quality. She is always yelling at the employees and is very unfriendly. Stay away from her. - The QC lab manager is an old lady. She is very unfriendly, uncooperative, does not like change and yells at her employees a lot. If you are going to work in the lab then find ways to deal with her. - There is no opportunity for growth at this place. - During the job interview, the managers use a common line to hire candidates "we are like a family here". Don't fall into this trap. We leaver our families at home and work in a team at a workplace.
