      You'll get exposure to a lot of different technologies and management directions because things are always changing, with no discernable, underlying strategy.

      Cons

      - Hard/good work is not rewarded, except with more work. Salary increases are exceptionally rare. - Employees with many years of exceptional service are laid off with no notice and no severance.
