      Smart people and great culture

      Pros

      PQShield is a great place to work if you enjoy a challenge and like being part of a fast-growing company. The people are one of the best things about working here; you're surrounded by smart, supportive colleagues who genuinely want to help each other succeed. The culture is strong, with lots of diversity, a good sense of teamwork, and a huge amount of flexibility built on trust. People work hard, but there's also an understanding that everyone works differently and needs that flexibility.

      Cons

      Like any startup that's growing in a market that's still evolving, there can occasionally be unexpected changes and some inevitable teething issues as the company scales. That's all part of the journey. As the company continues to grow, keeping communication open and transparent will be key to maintaining the positive culture that makes PQShield a great place to work.

      Working at PQShield

      Pros

      I've been working at PQShield for the past 4 years. It is one of those workplaces where you get to do super fun work and you never get bored. The company truly is work-life balance oriented and the senior management is always keen to explore and offer solutions for the employes in this direction.

      Cons

      As with any startup, there is a bit of uncertainty floating around, about the future. Is it going to work out in the end, or not ? But I strongly believe that PQShield is on the right track. The company is connected with strong customers and managed to create a big level of exposure in the industry.
