      Pros

      Amazing people working on the entry level, the potential is there to be a great employer.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover, largely due to the attitude of managers, They treat staff like children. I voiced a concern with a member of the senior management team and was told I should "be grateful" as I'd just had a pay rise. Completely dismissed my concern. Countless number of staff leaving burnt out and demoralized. Very low salaries. Such a shame

      Cons

      - Scaremongering senior managers - Unprofessional - No exact processes to follow, make it up as you go along - Poor quality and assurance - Crap pay for what you're expected to do - Bullying office environment if you're not a quirky loud person

      Any pros are few and far between.

      Cons

      Team leaders are relentlessly overbearing in their management style, often through a combination of inexperience and naivety which creates a deep sense of distrust and butchers morale within teams. Senior managers continually ignore feedback that pay is considerably lower than positions elsewhere. Staff turnover is sky high as a result. Customers are often treated with distain (see google/trustpilot reviews) which leads to frequent conflicts over the phone. The overall culture lead to a very negative experience and I regret the mistake of staying for so long.
