CRM is junk. Website is a leadless joke. Owner "Mr. Kumar" (not allowed to use his first name) is a micromanaging control freak. Zero Marketing to generate leads. Won't spend a dime on a call list or any other sales tools, yet expects 100 calls per day.

Management is not good. All will treat employees as labour. They will assign a task as per 15 hours a day not as per company timing. All employees will be forced to works for more than 12 hrs everyday. They will call on weekends and holidays to complete their task and give work from home. Ceo and manager are not good even if employees do task for 15 hours then also they will be scold and demotivated. Even if employee is on sick leave, manager and ceo will force the employee to work from home and the employee get scold about the work next day. The management will not look on employees health they will look only on work. Leaves are not given properly. Even if leaves are pending then also they will not give proper leaves.
