Boss employs his unqualified family members. Garbage is always overflowing in the lunchroom and is really gross. No training No processes or anything so no one knows what's going on. No techs or engineers so good luck figuring out any problems. Boss is weird and will ask personal questions in front of coworkers and customers. Boss likes to create drama between workers by telling lies. Only 10 people actually work there and 3 know how to do their job Bad employees are treated way better than good employess. No raises or job advancement. Website is nothing like real place, it's all made to look better than it is. The place is way behind the times, they still use paper and a whiteboard for jobs. No computer programs for job tracking. No one does any scheduling so it is chaos all the time and jobs are always late. The place is a mess with cardboard boxes everywhere.
